Stanisław Krzywicki

He is the head of Pomeranian Library in Szczecin. Thanks to his perseverance, a provincial library has become one of the most important and most modern libraries in the country. Widely understood mission of promoting other cultures, found its confirmation in such ventures as the creation of Russian, German and French reading-rooms in the Pomeranian Library and setting up the Center for Buddhist Studies and Far East Cultures. He also established cultural cooperation with a great deal of countries.
